Once upon a time, a boy with a big future was born. He always loved to draw comics. His love was comics, his passion was comics, his life was comics. He was hired to draw a comic for Slave Labor Graphics just after becoming an adult and hasn't stopped since. This boy had a dream. Then...Nickelodeon contacted him and put his dream on hold to make a cartoon that he wishes he had never made. After the cartoon was canceled, he went back to wreaking horror upon humanity and leaving infinitely depressing entries in his Livejournal. This cartoon was called "Invader Zim", and this man's name is Jhonen Vasquez.

While many a folk have never heard of Jhonen/Invader Zim, and many are fine with Invader Zim being canceled before its time. This is fine, you are all entitled to your opinions. However, there are a few that have an utter disregard for what Jhonen thinks and want to keep it alive. Those people are stubborn jerks. Those few have joined together to make an organization with a common goal and dream. This organization is called the IZFAS (Invader Zim Fan Animated Series).

The organization was founded a while ago under the direction of an amazing character called "Cyberen". This group made a very popular Invader Zim teaser short called TMHSE (The Most Horrible Short Ever). It can be found HERE. Now, the group is under new direction, but it has the same dream, and we would like to let everyone know about it.

Our goal is to finish off the series where Nickelodeon cut it off first, then, if our efforts are appreciated, we plan to continue to make new scripts and IZ episodes for the millions of fans Zim has acquired with his little reign of terror and doom. We have script writers, storyboard artists, voice actors, an amazing sound editor, and we are almost ready to go.

We only need two things. One, ANIMATORS. Please apply if you feel you can do this. We need you guys - you are the heart of the project. And two, we need people to know and support us. This group is made for the amusement and closure of IZ for the entire IZ fan world. We ask that you give us your support and assistance in helping this dream become a reality.
