Here are 100 (and a few more) of some very nice photographs on deviantART that I think should get some attention. Some already have a fair bit, but deserve it. So I'm giving them more.
With Street Photography, you really can't comment on the photo. It's an acquired taste. It's a moment of humanity, and there's absolutely no way to go back and try it again. Street photography is the moment, a moment different from every other style of photography.

Granted, capturing that moment with decent contrast, angles and composition is still good, and pointing out that a horizon is crooked isn't really commenting on humanity. But when you say it's different, you're spot on. And it's that once-in-a-lifetime moment you captured that's a big part of street that doesn't show up in other styles.
