For those of you who haven't heard of the contest, or haven't had a chance to get your entry in yet, here's the information you need to know:

About the Contest
The Six Word Story Contest is based on the original six word story written by Ernest Hemingway:

"For sale: baby shoes, never worn."

The judges, *Death-By-Romance and *mode-de-vie are asking participants to create their own six word story. We are also asking for an illustration to go with your story.

Rules
* Your story must be six words ONLY (anything over will be disqualified).
* Your story illustration can be done in any medium- it can be a photograph, drawing, photomanipulation, anything!
* The entries should be deviated under literature, with the stories and illustrations as one deviation.
* The entry should be made specifically for this contest.
* You may submit only one illustration with your story.
* If you'd like to add words to your illustration, they can ONLY be the six words from your story. No additions.
* Only ONE entry per person.

To Enter: Send a note with a link/thumb of your entry to either of the judges, *mode-de-vie or *Death-By-Romance. Please do NOT leave a link on our userpages. These may be overlooked.

Prizes
First place: 3-month subscription, 1-month feature in both judges journals
Second place: 1-month subscription, 1-month feature in both judges journals
Third place: 1-month features in both judges journals
