The new contest is a bit different from the usual Red Club contests in the sense that it's not 'red something' this time around. However, the choices are not limited.

The theme is Greek Gods.

What we want you to do is, go to the link , choose which God you want to work on from the many in the Family Tree and send us your finished deviation! We want your interpretation of the Greek God you have selected. All you have to make sure of is that the dominant color in the deviation is red. If you want, you can even choose two Gods or more. BUT only one entry per member.

Feel free to donate any prize for this contest (features, subscriptions, prints etc.) We are counting on our members to make this contest a success. We shall give all the entries of this contest as much exposure as we possibly can and we ask for the same back from our members.

RULES
It has to be a completely new deviation, made SPECIFICALLY for the contest and submitted after the 29th of June 2008. The entry should not be entered into any other contests being conducted on DA until our contest is over. Contest entries cannot be submitted to the club gallery.

No excessive gore, blood or macarbre pieces please. We believe a deviation can be red without it being dark. So keep it clean people. We reserve the right to decide whether a deviation meets the specifications of the contest and to decline an entry which we feel does not.

Red MUST be the dominant color in the deviation, however, it doesn’t have to be the only color in it. Be creative with your colors and choices. The red club rules should give you an idea of what we consider ‘red enough’.

Do mention which Greek God you chose in your deviation description or title.

All mediums of art is accepted except literature. The following sentence should be in the description of the contest entry.
“This is my entry for the *RedClub ‘s Greek Gods Contest” plus our icon.


ONLY MEMBERS of the red club can take part in this contest.

Deadline is the 28th of July 2008.
