Get it of course! xDD But don't go straight for the 12-month, get the 3 month just to test it out.

I think it's a better choice, but I've never had one of course. ^^; Hmm... maybe wait until you're more popular? :XD: The only good thing I see about it is the journal thing, but it won't be all that enjoyable unless you have tons of people shouting in your shout box and voting on the polls....

^^; I dunno, I've been wanting one ever since I signed up for dA, but I don't have any money in my paypal.... :XD:

If you ask me, it's a waste of money. It'd be best to get a sheezyart.com for more customization anyway.

A lot of people have been commenting about how a subscription is a "rip-off" now, but a journal of one of the staff said they would address this later as to why it's not a rip-off.

Honestly, with the upgrade, it's not that much different.
-You get journal CSS - that's my favorite feature, which I'm going to be incredibly sad to lose when my sub ends at the end of today (since I won it from a contest).
-Also no adverts, but I hardly noticed it when I got the sub. But I do notice is on my girlfriend's account due to the new version.
-120 thumbnails. Personally, I don't use this feature. I mean, if you're too lazy to click the Next button, then this is totally for you. I'm sure some people said it makes everything more convenient that way you don't have to wait as often for the page to load (if your computer is slow) after viewing a page of 24 deviations. But, honestly, I'd rather load 24 thumbnails quickly and have to click Next more often than have to wait for 120 thumbnails to load.

There are other things like Way Back, but I don't use that either.

My favorite thing is the CSS, and that's all I really care about.

Oh, plus there are the extra gallery stats and pageviews. I liked being able to see how many pageviews I was getting per day.
