Alright people, wlecome to another edition of Mini-DDs! The lovely little showcase of DD-deserving Deviations guaranteed to act like Scanners & blow your minds! *Disclaimer: Not a guarantee.*

So this was definitely a week of highs & lows when when it came to hunting for great artwork to feature. As I mentioned during my 2nd Anniversary Special, a lot of the process when it comes to scouting for potential Mini-DDs consists or bowsing through various Favourites galleries of other members.

And what a bunch of jackpots I found this week! Some Deviants here have really great taste...Enough so that I wound up with nearly 250 new potential features! Truly one of my best weeks when it comes to Mini-DDs...

...Until V6 came in.

Now, don't worry, none of this is 100% to V6's new additions, so there won't be any whining about that stuff (besides, that's another issue entirely). The problem is that a nasty little bug got attatched to V6 somehow, & it's affecting Favourites galleries a bit...Enough so that browsing them becomes a tad more difficult. In fact, add this to the other bug the faves galleries we have, & things becomes a bit hard...Hopefully, this all gets fixed soon, lest I have to break out my AK-47 of Justice.

Alright, long story short, superb crop this week, may wanna pray for next week's stuff.

But enough of any negative crap. Let's get going with with the real meat & potatoes already!

...My little prestigious token of appreciation for anyone who created some amazing, DD-worthy artwork. Plus it has a delicious milk chocolate center! And some little crunchy bits mixed in that I can fully identify, but they still taste pretty damn good (I wanna say it's rice crisps...).

Alright now, on with the show! Here's this week's Mini-DDs...



Leaky Pipes just has to be one of the most impressive Deviations I've seen all year so far! It would have been one thing for =ArbokCobra to a simple drawing of her fan character/fursona hybrid, but not only did she pour a lot of detail into this work, from the pose to the drool to the impressive style & coloring, but she actually took the time to make a description that truly fleshes out her character's personality, making for one wicked design! It all comes together to create one to true beauty...Even with all the drool.



~DjBisparulz strikes again with Nature Attack, & there are just no words to describe how awesome this is...Well, except for funny, chaotic, cartoonish, unique, cute, colorful, surreal, awesome, & probably at least a dozen others. Basically, this is one impressive, innovative, & almost downright lovable drawing that you would be foolish to miss out on.



=DNK-Anais' unique dragon designs are always a lovable sight to behold...Then you combine one of them & the British cops & it becomes even more lovable somehow! Dragon police is an excellent showcase for a stunning style, a cool character, some crisp coloring, & a perfect feeling of pride (sorry I couldn't alliterate that last one), with the overall result being one winning piece of work! Bravo!



Forgive the horrible pun, but Far Eastern Takeaway by ~Aeoll is one scrumptious piece of work! Well-detailed & colorful bits of the Far East mixed in with a nice little sense of humor & a dash of surrealism...Now throw in a nice layout & a lovable concept, & the overall result is one delicious & innovative piece of vector art guaranteed to bring a smile to your face!



Gemini 3 COVER final by *Red-J...Now here's one action-packed comic book cover that'll stand out on the rack! The chaotic energy setting the mood for an epic brawl, the way everything is perfectly colord & stands out perfectly against the night sky, the lovely, unique, & cartoonish style...& of course, there's the kickass hero design. Altogether, this baby delivers a POW! of greatness upside the head & makes for one memorable drawing!



Ah, you just gotta love a little dose of dark humor. Especially when it's delivered in something as amazing as Rainbows are Dangerous by ~Wicked-Little-Town. Simple yet wickedly funny, nice & cute, cool little critter design, perfectly slightly-dark color scheme...Overall, this is one lovable baby that's guaranteed to get a chuckle out of you (& once again, totally deserves to be on a t-shirt).



Resistance Is Fertile by *Vermillion42X is one truly humorous illustration that just succeeds in every little area...The kickass style, the funny expressions, the grity colors, the sense of action, & even the way it just seems to perfectly replicate those war-era, bit-of-propaganda posters. Even the pun behind it all comes off as genius! Simply put, make sure to to miss out on this one!



Yeah, it may the wrong time of year, but as I've said in the past, there's always a right time to celebrate Halloween on this site. And ~GainaSpirit delivers a perfect tribute to the beloved holiday with this little cutie! Cool character design, perfect use of Autumn colors, a nice amount of detail, & a lovely style that creates a great feeling of mischievousness...Overall, a great Deviation that just makes you wanna go trick-or-treating!



A lovely little caricature of death metal, lighter darker by ~linnch wins you over thanks to it's wicked & fun character design, showcased perfectly thanks to a cool, simple, & impressive style, a nice color scheme, & a great little sense of humor. I may not really agree with the actual music, but I can certainly agree that this is one lovable little guy who definitely deserves a spot in you faves!
