@Comrade-Kelly first anniversary CSS contest!

Kelly needs a new pair of shoes, and some CSS!

This contest is to celebrate my first full year here on deviantART, and I am inspired mainly by the events that took place, which EXPLODED my interest in the website!

Once upon a time, there was a Weekend to End Breast Cancer! And I remember distinctly being fascinated with the deviant unity, and the numerous topical deviations that were stunning. I loved seeing people work together to plan an event, and I loved being one of the seemingly insignificant gears that helped it run. Merely providing a presence, talking, meeting other deviants, and partaking in the fun—it meant a lot to others. And I realize for my anniversary, I would like to see deviants working together again.

Yep, I'm talking about the big C word. And as much as I love cocaine, chocolate, and caucasians-- I mean, collaboration!

For my contest, I want to see designers and HTML coders come together to design me a new CSS!

This contest shall span for one months, and I hope to see joint efforts on this! I'm eager to see what the brilliant minds create when knocked together!


So things to keep in mind:

Things I like: Rabbits, cartoons, surprises, Pretty people, implied nudity, eye catching (but, not super bright), the colors: pink, white, green, brown, yellow, blue, and transparent backgrounds (not a must.) I really like neat, clean backgrounds, with categories, and space.
Things I dislike: Super dark backgrounds.

I think that's vague enough to stimulate your brain. :3

However, you don't have to stick to anything of the above, but I want something provocative, but tasteful. Something I can look at over, and over again.

This contest will start officially Tuesday, July 15, 2008 12:00AM EST.
And it shall end Tuesday, October 8th 12:00 AM EST

Submissions shall be taken via notes, as well. In the submission, the following things should be included:

1. The name(s) of those who partook in the creation of the CSS.
2. A general explanation of your design process.
3. The Code
4. A screenshot of the CSS being used in a test.
