Very good to see that people use their artistic talent to raise awareness for this! Lovely to see that. I watch "an inconvenient truth" every now and then to remind myself again (even though I think about it all the time anyway), and I recommend it to everybody. Myself I was afraid to watch it first, because I thought it was a movie to make people scared and I often got nightmares about global warming ever since I was like... 4 years old or something! I remember I was so small and I always dreamt of disasters coming from -what I know now- is in fact global warming. I started writing about those things, which I experienced like they were visions, when I was about nine or ten years old.
Strange is that my dreams were always crystal clear, and even as we speak I still remember a lot of them completely, and yet I've never felt the urge to express them in artwork. Until now, I only have piles of writings about my dreams. At my previous school there was this classmate of mine who asked me why I had never made drawings of those things, and that was actually the first time it hit me that that was even possible! I had never thought about it before.
Today I still haven't done any artwork about that, but I think I should try it. Especially since it has been an important part of myself since I was so young...
