In here I see a healthy mix of both prose and poetry--but I don't identify which is which because I want you to check out these DD's without the bias of one or the other. Branch out! Try something new, take a chance

There is an interesting trend: Ive heard a lot of people say that the same people are suggesting DDs and getting theirs picked! But look! There are only a couple of people with more than one DD picked and guysthey suggest a LOT.
What I do see is a lot of DDs picked by GDs scouting out pieces themselves. (17 of them!!!!)
Theres a couple of reasons for this, one is that we /do/ read around the site and sometimes we stumble upon some really awesome stuff! The other is were not getting /really good/ suggestions.
So how can you fix this?
Suggest a DD! But to who?
Well to be honest you have four generalist GDs. However, we do have our favs.
^
GeneratingHype digs nonfiction, letters, and life stories!
^
lovetodeviate loves structured poetry
^
StJoan digs transgressive, visual, and experimental
^
LadyLincoln likes romance!
This isnt an all inclusive list, far from it! In fact to be honest, we love literature so much that well read anything!
BUT it is important to note that when you suggest a DD you only send it to ONE GD! No sending it to all of us! Its confusing and difficult for us if more than one person wants to feature it. Torture! We end up jello wrestling over it and not only is that a mess but were not getting paid for the bootlegged video!
Now, some of us have formats wed prefer our DDs in and Ill include links to those guidelines.
However, its a safe bet to say that DD suggestions need to be sent in:
---Note form
---With a subject that indicated a DD suggestion
---With a link to the piece you want DDed
---With a short write up stating why you think the piece is shagadelic
