What inspires you?

Music mainly, but also things children shouldn't touch and other things children shouldn't do;
but mostly it's a combination of a thought and hearing something that furthers the thought in to an idea.

Who is your artistic role model?

Anyone who do what they do only because they want to do it.

What do you see when you look around while walking down a street?

Nothing really. I rarely pay attention to the world outside my own little sphere.

Do you consider yourself to be better as a vector artist or a traditional artist, and have you had any formal art training?

Much better as a vector artist since I finish at least half the images I start when working in Illustrator. As far as education go I attended the university of art some ten years ago, which basically was just a waste of time and money.

How long you've been vectoring for?

5 or 6 years.

How did you get into Vector Art?

Same way as everyone else back then. I saw that dude whose name and website I've forgotten and thought "I can do that!" and proceeded to do it very badly at first, but eventually found my own feet.

Why vector art, why not another form of artistic expression?

It's the lazy man's solution to inking and, since I involve photos I don't have to worry about figure-drawing and other bores that goes with traditional methods.

Do you work with or without reference images? If so, do you ever find yourself vectoring things out of your imagination?

With, only of the girls though and all my own photos I might add. I have some sort of description to how I do things on my blog for those interested.

Well, since my stuff is mostly drawn on paper the vectoring is just inking, so no, not really.

What is your opinion on vexels?

I don't even know what a vexel is.
