Oh, and by the way, the "two task forces" about which Light speaks (*is making reference to the very beginning*) comprise of L & Company plus the SPK, mk? (I pretty much anticipated that question, so I went ahead and answered it.) ALSO, the "hello, boys and girls...." thing is supposed to be creepy. Haha. I wanted a creepy way to start this out, and that's the best thing I came up with. Very cliche, I know, but, hey. It happens. I actually wrote two possible entries for this contest (this one being the second), and I decided between the two which one to submit. This one came out as the decided entrant. The other one, no. I'm not extremely proud of this, but, I am prouder of it than of the first piece of scrap I came up with. *nods*

Three tries and 1 1/2 hours later, I made this. I don't know why I started this genre; I guess the story just ran away with me. I'm writing this kinda like know I would react to things, so I write in detail things "I" would look at in detail; as well as using SOME real-life parts in there too.
