The Competition
Okay to celebrate the grand opening of #V3g3m1t3 (vegemite). We are going to be hosting a little competition. All you have to do is take a photo of yourself either eating vegemite, near vegemite, in front of vegemite... Just a photo of you with something to do with vegemite in the frame with you!
Make it entertaining and fun cause thats what we like to see.
The photo must not be edited.

What is Vegemite?
Vegemite is the classic Australian spread. It is made out of yeast extract and is similar in texture to solified motor oil. It is adored by Aussies and hated by everyone else. But why not give it a try anyway just to make sure aye?

How to enter
To submit your entry simply submit it to deviantart with "a contest for *V3g3m1t3" in the artist comment, then note *V3g3m1t3 a link to your deviation. And you are in the running!

Prizes
1st prize will be a 3 month subscription donated by *EmoAndFriends and journal features by several members of the club and you will have your prize-winning deviation displayed in the main Journal and Chat of V3g3m1t3 for a long while.

Choosing a winner
After entries have closed on the 9th of August, there will be one week were all of the submissions will be displayed on the our journal.
Winners will be chosen by public vote. Everyone who entered the competition is required to vote for their submission to count, however they are not allowed to vote on their own submission. Of course everyone else is allowed to vote also.
To enter your vote, simply note *V3g3m1t3 the link of the submission you think most deserves to win.

Voting Begins imidiately after the journal with all entries have been put up.
Voting Ends on the 16th of August at 4pm (Queensland time, Australia).
After this the votes will be tallied and the result will be posted and prizes will be handed out as soon as possible

-Entries open right now!
-Entries close on the 9th of August at 4pm (Queensland time, Australia) [don't leave it till the last minute though ]
-One Entry per person
-We require that all entrants be officially listed members of #v3g3m1t3. You do this by joining the and following the instructions from there.
