1. Could you tell us a little bit about yourself?
Well, I'm Marleen, I'm 22 years old and I'm from the Netherlands. It's a small and often cold country in Holland. I'm still a student, but after my study I'm planning to go to Greece for a while and enjoy the beautiful culture and weather. My other passions are art (of course!), theatre, fashion, music and friends&family! (last but not least )

2. When did you fall in love with art?
I am drawing since I was little, but I started to use paint shop pro as first digital medium since about 2002. I used to make blends but I kinda sucked at it. I started vexelling in 2005 and I still enjoy that. I love it when the work turns out to look nothing like the picture anymore.

3. How can you describe your style?
Lineart, colourful and well kinda girly and into fashion!

4. What tools/software do you use to create your artworks?
I use Photoshop 7.0. I had a shot at illustrator but I don't get it at all, so I'm back with my good old photoshop again.

5. Can you tell us what you are currently working on?
I am planning to update my website (www.marleen-online.com). I want to make a new layout. Also I'm planning to put up the website in english. But currently...too much school stuff to handle another vexel. I think. I probably start a new one tomorrow
