What?
Recently =JacquiJax sent me a message asking if she could translate one of my tutorials into Spanish. I thought it was a brilliant idea and it got me thinking. Although dA is predominantly an English-speaking site, there are people here from all over the world, who speak a multitude of different languages. Wouldn't it be great if tutorials could be written in a number of languages so that everyone could make use of them?

How?
There are lots of really good tutorials out there in dA-land already, as well as informative and educational news articles and journal entries. Most of them are in English, so we need people who are fluent in English AND another language to translate them. If each of the tutorials (original and translated) had links to the other language versions in the descriptions (or journals), people could easily find a version of the tutorial that they could read and understand.

Who?
At this point, I'm looking for people who have written tutorials or educational journal entries to offer their work for translation into other languages. I'm also looking for people who are fluent in English and at least one other language to do the translating.

I have started a journal entry here to keep track of all the tutorials and journals that people are offering for translation, and also to list the translated versions. Once there's a nice big list, I'll be posting all the results as a news article for everyone out there to read, pimp and share.
