Alright, so welcome to another edition of Mini-DDs! Where we will do whatever it takes to bring you a little buffet of DD-worthy artwork, no matter what! Which reminds me, after the show I need to pay someone $50 & hide a dead body.
Okay, so I'm a little later than usual getting this edition up this week...See, I just moved into a new place in P.E.I. in order to attend a special university course, & I'm still getting adjusted to a new schedule & whatnot. So while this doesn't affect the content here, the time in which the Mini-DDs are posted may seem a bit odd for the next couple of weeks. Nothing big, though.
Nonetheless, I am in a bit of a hurry, so let's make the intro quick...Actually, it'll be quick anyway, since I don't really have anything else new to say.
So I may as well just give a quick reminder of what I mentioned
last week: If you can, give me some suggestions about what you'd like to see me do for Mini-DDs #100, & send me notes with your 10 favorites Deviations for my birthday special. One member actually accomplished the former already, thus putting the rest of you to shame...So are you going to let them get away with that? Get going here already!
Alright, so with the repeat out of the way, what say we get on with the main event already?
Okay, so if you don't know by now, the featured artists here each receive the Golden Fefcaine Award:

...My little prestigious token of appreciation for anyone who created some amazing, DD-worthy artwork. Plus it has a delicious milk chocolate center! And why the hell not, let's throw some peanut butter & pretzel bits into the mixture as well!
Oh, & feel free to check out the Mini-DD Archive afterwards right here:
[link]Alright now, on with the show! Here's this week's Mini-DDs...

You know, in theory, I really shouldn't have to explain what makes
MIMES by ~
Kure-Ji-Ori a true stroke of genius. I mean, green-skinned monster beats the crap out of mime army...Do you really need to know anything else? But just for the heck of it, I may as well mention the kickass character design, action-packed style & coloring, & of course, the wicked sense of humor that help make this one explosive & funny cartoon worth taking a peek at. But seriously, how does the mime-punching alone not impress you?

A bit of a newcomer here to DA, ~
ikiiko has already proven himself worthy of all possible honors thanks to Deviations like
mr.momo, a gloriously kooky, offbeat, & cute piece of work brimming with a unique concept, several cool little designs, an attractive color scheme, & a fun & well-detailed style that just makes everything a joy to behold. And come on, if this doesn't bring a smile to your face somehow, then there is seriously something wrong with you.
Soujoubou got a haircut by *
D-pi...Because you really can't go wrong with ass-kicking depictions of Japanese mythology. A dynamic & fun drawing with a sort of "comic book splash page" feel to it, the mix of excellent character design, wicked pose & perspective, attractive color scheme & unique twist on the classic demon makes for one tasty little beauty that you can't miss out on.

Okay class, can anyone tell me how to make an attractive poster design? Ah yes, *
chinad0ll, you have quite the amazing example on you with
NIKE Poster...One beautiful model mixed & contrasted with some surreal & swirly little critter designs, created with a slick & cool style & topped off with some cool & breezy colors & overall feeling...Yep, that's the formula for a unique & fun winner that ends up being not just an attractive poster design, but a truly eye-popping one as well.

With
Spakaz: Into The Night, ~
kittydemonchild delves a bit into the mind & world of one of her own creations, & comes out of it with one sweet & lovable piece of work. Highlighting a unique & fun character with some warm & vibrant coloring, an attractive style, some nice details right down to the background, a pinch of surrealism, & even a bit of a romantic flair, this is one gorgeous & inspired beauty worth at least taking a peek at.

A glorious ode to the temples of the magic liquid that fuels this site's inhabitants,

Dreekzilla is one colorful & well-drawn beauty that puts a fresh twist on the holy elixir thanks to its dreamlike concept & feeling, attractive & smooth style, & great amount of detail poured into everything. Quite frankly, this beauty deserves to be prominently displayed in a pristine coffee bar...Or a pristine art gallery, for that matter.

A deliciously macabre & badass creation,
Worman by *
Nonhuman showcase a great amount of creativity thanks to it's unique character design, complemented perfectly with a nice & dark color scheme, some great touches of fantasy & horror, & a nice amount of detail with a whole "sinister" feeling lurking in everything from the pose to the expression. Creepy, original, & almost hypnotic, this is one gem that just can't be ignored.
Monkey Nuts DFC Cover 1 by *
STUDIOBLINKTWICE...Well, the title kind of already suggested true genius, & thankfully the rest of the drawing was just as amazing as well. With kooky & cool characters, colorful & chaotic elements, a killer style, & some classic cartoon action, this is one hyperactive gem with a lot of love & detail poured into it, the end result being a Deviation you'd be crazy to pass up.

Now really, who can resist a lovable twist on the classic chesire cat? *
vanessasan delivers us another fine interpretation of the grinning feline with
Cheesy the dancing Chesire cat, a cute, sultry, & colorful drawing with a great amount of work poured into everything from the pose to the clothing to the overall "classy" feeling. Pretty & stylish in every area, this beauty easily deserves all the praise it can get.
...& that's all for this week! If you have any comments, suggestions, etc., they'd be greatly appreciated! I hope you've all liked what I've featured this week, & I'll be back next week with nine more DD-worthy works of art! Sayanora until then! ^_^
