Due to the massive upload rates in the galleries new and talented members of deviantART really have a hard time getting noticed. With this feature I want to give those members a head start and the exposure they deserve. That's why I only choose photographers with a relatively small number of pageviews (less or just above 1,000). If you want to apply for being featured yourself or suggest an artist for this feature please feel free to send me a note.

With this feature I want to promote images by deviants who have less than 1,000 pageviews and who do not have enough images in their galleries for a POTW feature.
