and who writes, =neko-rulz, are Staff from a cosplay group called Kanpai Cosplay, we started with it one year ago, giving support to all those who want to do cosplays, with their doubts or for those who wanted to cosplay for first time, here in Temuco (Chile). Even if Temuco is a little city, seems like cosplay is getting really popular here...
