This contest wants on one hand to show that every single artist can improve (also motivate viewers to also keep practicing and never quit their art!) and that to improve is much more important to compare one's art with what it was in a previous moment, than compare it with other's art.

Winners were judged based on creativity, aesthetic quality, how well they adhered to their topic, and personal favorites. A points scale was used and determined who the winners were.
