This weeks Weekly-Deviant News article is going to be BIG!
And not just in size, we have some great artists being shown here, and some new ideas of mine coming into play! I would just like to thank the 100+ members we have gained in the first three weeks, and a special thanks to the 100th member, ~SapphireEyedStranger! Also everyone give thanks to the great devoted mods I have attained in just the first couple weeks

What is Weekly-Deviant?
A Club devoted to the exposure of unknown deviants!

This is a club created to mimic the idea of daily deviant, with a different objective!
Each Saturday, The genre moderators and I will choose our winners for the week and compile them into a news article for all to see.

TO JOIN
1) Watch the club
2) Add the icon or club stamp to your journal.
3) (OPTIONAL) Dedicate a journal to us to spread the good word!

That's as simple as it gets!

I've had *CommanderDex on my watch list for awhile now. His gallery is filled with stunning photography, and it was specifically the architectural shots that caught my eye. Yet another beautiful view into the world of architecture.

*lokisb uses his photography to document his community and the world and the nature that surrounds him. He uses colour and composition in a way that draws you into the image, and makes you want to be there! Well Done

~ncajayon has been chosen as the Weekly-Deviant for this week, due to his beautiful and bold inks in several pages as shown. His bold style in the most intricate and detailed pages brings the action straight out at you! What wonderful work, keep it up and Congratulations ~ncajayon!! ~PAtScHWOrK has an awesome gallery with some interesting and unique works with great style. She utilizes many different Medias and does them all well. It's great to see a deviant with such talent in different areas! Here are some samples of her digital work, but there's some impressive photography and traditional work to be found in her gallery as well.

This week takes us to the south of France with Laurent Dudot. Tonal range, composition, technique, and location, location, location make his B&W gallery well worth a look:

Her portraits are soft with a totally feminine touch. She admires Marilyn Monroe and her portraits of Norma Jean are some of the best you’ll ever see. She also has great patience for detail.

*Iribel is a talented young artist who can make fairytales and legends come to life through art, as can be seen in several of her art pieces. She has a great eye for detail and sense of naturalness that makes her manips perfect in every aspect.










Well, that’s the end of our NORMAL Weekly-Deviant News Article, but this week I have a few surprises up my sleeve! I would like to say that I have been wearing down my “Random Deviant” Button, and I would like to share some of that art with all of you! First up are two deviants with unique forms of art which are not often found on dA!

I pressed “Random Deviation” and came across this little bugger here… [link] It was her first plushy ever clicking her name I found that she had kept up on it, and she has a gallery full of wonderfully creative and cute creatures everyone should be sure to check out!

This one is actually a rediscovery. I hit random deviant and went into somebody’s favs, and found her art once more. I have been a big silent fan for quite a while on my main account! I went to a culinary arts school… We had dozens of eggs in the fridge at a time. ‘Nuff said.
