Days End Farm is a Maryland-based organization that is nationally recognized for responding to calls for help when a horse is in trouble. We help Animal Control remove horses from situations of abuse and neglect, provide shelter for abused/neglected horses, and offer rescue services during disasters.
Our dedicated team of veterinarians, farriers, staff and volunteers nurse horses back to health while handling and preparing them for loving homes.

In this economy, more and more horses are being abandoned and abused and fewer contributions are coming in as you may imagine. PLEASE HELP by clicking and voting for Days End in the $100,000 Shelter Challenge.

AFTER you click you get a thanks for clicking page. Please scroll down to the bottom of the page and help Day's End.
You'll find a box that says "The Animal Rescue Site $100,000 Shelter Challenge". If you click on that, it brings you to a page that has a box that says "Search & Vote for a Shelter."
Please type in Day's End Farm Horse Rescue - in Lisbon, MD. Once you do that the site will search and find Days End and pop up a page where you have to click on "vote" and then a confirmation page where you'll see a picture of an animal and you type in the animal to confirm your vote. It seems like a lot but it takes less than a minute. The contest runs from Sept 29 to Dec 14. Every week, the shelter with the most clicks in a state can win a $1,000 grant. The grand prize is a $25,000 grant.
