What is The Game?

For starters, you just lost it.


That's right. If you're reading this article, as it is presumed, then you have just failed.

Now, there are still those of you who have never heard of the game, or have wondered what exactly it entails. The Game is an internet phenomenon and world-wide hit that consists solely of three rules:

Rule #1: You are, and always will be, playing The Game.
Reading the rules of The Game automatically means you are playing The Game. There is really no will or way behind it, and denying knowledge of it is pointless. The only possible way to NOT play The Game is through complete amnesia.
Rule #2: Whenever you think about The Game, you lose.
Some say there is a "grace period" where you cannot loose the game again after you have just lost, between a few seconds to a half an hour. Some people also happen to be mentally challenged.
Rule #3: Loss must be announced.
For instance, by making this news, I personally have lost the game. If the people nearby of where you announce it do not know how to play the game, you must inform them.


The objective of the game is said to be to forget that the game exists at all. Though many relish in their losses and make the endeavor to ensure that no one can win the game by forcing many people loose as possible.
