The Best of September Visual Art!

Don't forget that many artists need to be viewed, they deserve it!
Fave Fave Fave!
My main purpose in doing a monthly feature about (to my point of view) 'the best visual art' is to put in the same level as well wellknown artists and popular creations as unknown artists and under-exposed creations.
Artists need to be supported.
So don't be shy!
Visit their pages, support them by faving, commenting, and when you see a deviation that you like also view their gallery entirely, like that you can decide if you will devwatch them or not.
Viewing only a deviation (what is great) is not enough
And if you want to see your favorite visual artists or art selected to be in this feature for the next month, send me via note the links/thumbs!

reports, November 26, 2001After asking Deviants in the Forum, we now pronounce the deviantART Skateboard Competition!!! Interested?
Me, Daewon, Loiden & m-a-s-a decided a while ago to hold a skateboard design competition on DA. The Idea is to come up with the most original Graphic to go on the underside of the skateboard. We then put the idea in the forums and that came back as a positive result. Now, we’ve sorted out the rules and guidelines for the competition so that you can submit your designs, and as an added bonus, we have a 3 months subscription from DA to give to the winner!
Here are the rules to follow:
- The graphic must have the DA logo incorporated into the design.
- You must use the template for the graphic here.
- To stop deviants from taking original graphics from companies (i.e flip, zero, birdhouse, deca), you have to submit in vector format, nothing else.
Also, the competition will be open until 20th December, and the winner will be announced after Christmas.
That should be all the information you need for now, but if you are in doubt, don’t hesitate to send a note to me or any of the other Judges.
Go ahead and make a Devious Deck Design!
