Yellow, jealousy or happiness?

This is my third bimonthly Newsletter, at the moment we are at the theme colours.

This time as promised yellow

I only feature images that are not popular yet, as it is so easy to make great features with images that are already popular, but I want to make a feature with images not yet popular that I think would get a lot more popular if they would be seen. So the pictures I feature all have less then 100 favs at the time I feature them. I hope you will enjoy them.

YELLOW

Yellow has its name from an old germanic word gelwaz.

The colour is associated with age, jealousy and cowardliness as well as the deadly sin greed.

But on the other hand yellow symbolizes the sun, it symbolizes happiness. It is said to activate our memories

It is said to be the most positive color of all.

Lucky you. We got moon shining in the middle of the day. Well, 4 o'clock ought to be a day, still... and it was dark, and moon in the sky. There's so little of the light. Guess that's what you get living in the north.
