Here is a contest to help out the lesser-known deviants out there!

Instead of submitting you OWN work, you submit the work of a relatively unknown deviant who you think doesn’t get the attention they deserve. Then, the top three will be featured in my journal (I don’t have many Page views so I don’t know if that will help =. and will also get their own news article. Lucky for you, the person who submitted them gets featured along side them! This way not only do the unknowns get some good publicity but every one gets to appreciate some fine art and get some karma points!

Deadline : Dec 31 , 2008.


Here’s how it will work:

You find a relatively unknown deviant, who’s art you like.


Choose your favourite piece, and ASK THEM if you can submit it. You can give them a link to here if you want

If they say yes, get them to put a little note in the artist’s comment saying that they give permission to you to submit it to this contest.

Send me a note with a link to the art work, and the rough amount of page views they get a month.

As I receive entries I will be making a shortlist in the form of a collection. On the first of January (2009) voting will open. Because I’m not subscribed I cant make a poll (=.=’’ but if you leave a comment with the name of the piece and the artist you think should win then I will make a tally.

This is why I need you to get your name put in the artist’s comment. It will be a whole heap easier to feature you along side the artist if I don’t have to try and remember who submitted what. Once I know the winners, (voting will close on January 14th 2009 ) I will link the 3 winners and the people who submitted them in my journal and make a news post just for them.
