The Deviousness Award is an accolade which is traditionally handed out on the 1st of every month to one trully outstanding deviant. We are delighted to award the final Deviousness Award of 2008 to `Nico1
There is certainly an air of passion that surrounds `Nico1 with regard to his love for art. This is obvious through the many projects and quests for improving the deviantART community that he has involved himself in. From behind the scenes to being on stage, Nico has extended himself above and beyond to give his all to the community that he loves.
Film is an area that Nico has always given great care to, from giving detailed critiques to filmmakers and in highlighting some of the top film community artists through interview expose's, helping set the standard for what dA film is all about.
Artistically gifted, his compassion for others is evident in offering professional artistic advice both from a one on one level with other artists, creating tutorials and offering unrestricted stock art resources. Nico is a shining exaple of a deviant who has, and will continue to make a positive impact in our community, so it gives me great pleasure to award him the final deviousness award of 2008.
