Welcome to the third installment of our weekly newsletter, One thing that has occured that is majorly huge is the number of players involved in this months Kidney Game. This week we're up to over 630 players. And nearly 4,000 kidneys have been donated.

Ripped Walls Found On Commercial CD

reports, January 11, 2002Siltrince, a fellow member has found many ripped wallpapers on the CD of a french magazine called "Joystick". Those pics are being used WITHOUT permission - at least one of my walls is on it without anyone having contacting me. Maybe one of your wallpapers is on there too.
I have already contacted other ripped members of the community and we are in agreement that something has to be done. Right now we are trying to find as many "victims" as possible to take legal action against these people -we are thinking of a financial fee.
In my opinion, the best thing to do is to bring as many ripped members together as possible and then contact those guys in order to recieve our paycheck. We´ve been doing all the work and they simply take it, put it on their CD and make profit from it. I think it´s just fair if we simply ask for our cut before taking the whole thing to court.
