I don't mean to be a grinch, but I'd like to get this off my chest. Coming from a third world country myself, and seeing exactly the mentioned examples on a daily basis, it's simply not that easy. Social stigmatization of women, especially in third world countries gives them a very slim chance to achieve what the video suggests. Most of the time, young women already have several children and most likely abusive husbands, that will not allow them to fullfill any of the things that the video suggests. This is because women are sadly often considered inferior and often even worthless. On the other hand the video describes the process of the girl having a farm as completely free of problems. If we look at real life examples, at some point of that process you're probably going to see: Farm was robbed, cows killed, etc.
