Constructive101 is a club created with the goal of providing constructive criticism for its members. Each member can submit artwork they want to receive feedback on, and they can also critique other member's submission. The club has three different categories which members can choose to join: only receive criticism, give and receive criticism, and image red-lining.

Everyone is welcome to join the first two categories, there are no restrictions in regards of art field or artistic skill, the only requirement is that members abide by the club's critiquing guideline: pointing out both the strong and weak points of the artwork, as well as providing advice on how to improve on such points. The Image red-lining category, however, is subject to staff scrutiny in order to join, since that type of criticism requires the critic to have a more developed artistic knowledge. Any member is free to apply to the category, only once per month, by providing an example of how they red-line an image, the staff then decides whether the applicant is suited or not. If the applicant fails to pass the audition, he or she can continue to develop their skills and apply again on the next month.

With this club we hope to help both beginning and established artists improve their art through community feedback. No one is frowned upon sharing their opinion on a submission, unless they're doing it in an insulting manner, nor they're belittled because they have less artistic talent than the member receiving the critique. If the author disagrees on the critique, he or she is encouraged to explain the reasons on a calm manner, throwing a temper-tantrum over a critique and insulting the critiquer, are grounds for being banned from the club.
