Face to Face

This week we initiated the interviews section (run by the ever fabulous `GaioumonBatou) on =Lit-Resources, by sending =scaramoushe on a short conversation with December Form Challenge's originator =kiwi-damnation. You can find the interview here but here's an extract...

- I see you have been leading the December Form Challenge, a Poets version of NaNoWriMo, what is the story behind that?

- The December Form Challenge was originally my way of beating my writer’s boredom and blocks. I was sick of doing the same sort of thing and I thought I’d start myself a challenge where I wrote a different poetry form a day. I dreamed it all up on the first of December so I thought- “Why not a month long challenge?” . I gathered a list of good looking forms (with a bit of variety) and posted it up with links about them. Then I had people asking to do it with me, and it became an actual Lit Challenge rather than an individual pursuit. A little mind-blowing really…
