I thought I'd do a news on this, because I'll never have enough room
in my journal to do features, haha... I also thought it may be a helpful base for people looking into the hobby, and what can be done with Asian Ball Jointed Dolls.

Though I bought my first doll in 2007, but didn't really get intensely into the hobby until about March of this year. I have since thrown myself into the hobby; both as a hobbyist as well as a business woman.
Being a profession seamstress, a designer and overall artist, it's strange to me that it took this long for me to really immerse myself into dolls. I've always been a bit of a miniaturist, so all in all, dolls were a natural progression for my art. That said though, photos have always been an artist weak side for me, and I've been slowly trying to get better. When I see all the wonderful doll photos that members have posted up, I can't help but feel inspired

All in all, I wanted to do a news/feature of some of the most amazing dolls photos I've seen this year, many of which have inspired me in one way or another.
