In this conflict that is currently going on, many on either side lose sight of one very major fact: WE ARE ALL HUMAN AND WE'RE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER. I wanted to create an feature to emphasize this, despite what some people may feel, we are all human.

That's right. Muslim, Jew, whatever. We are not pigs, we are not [sons of] monkeys, we are not dogs. We are people. So much hate has been going on here on DA and I want to put something positive here.

Whatever opinion you may have on what is going on now, remember the humanity of EVERYONE.

This features article is meant to emphasize this and highlight our similarities as well as respectable differences. These photographs are of real people with real faces.

I hope everyone will think about that next time they are thinking about what is going on right now in the Middle East. I hope with this, everyone will remember that all human life is important because we are all created in the Image of HaShem/Allah. Because of this, we must all be treated in a manner of respect.

You can't really change what's happening, but you can change yourself and how you treat others, even if they're different from you and even if they have a different opinion than you.

It starts with you.
