It was a seemingly average day in byako with little worries and fewer cares for Dling the map maker of Byako. A large bear among bears whose mapmaking skills were well regarded.
Today Dling was measuring the current circumfrence of the Byako wall in the known territories, Byako being such a large and unusual place that such a seemingly consistant thing cant be taken for granted.
During his work however he discovers a gap, not a very large one, maybe large enough for three or four elephants to walk side by side at most, this gap however was not a torn down piece of wall, rather the wall kept going into the gaping chasm.
Curiosity overwhelmed good sense for the white bear and he entered, paying careful atention to the details and made sure to map them out.

Not much later Dling found his way out and discovered his surroundings to be.....the city of Byako.
confused Dling checked his maps and was dumbfounded how he ended up there. However the longer he looked through his maps the more the feeling of something out of place began to grow in his mind until it hit him.
This place did not appear on any of his maps.
After a short deal of exploration Dling managed to get an aerial transport to take him up skywards allowing him to realize the magnitude of his discovery.
What Dling found was not a new district recently grown from the city but an entire section of Byako, cut off from the part he was familiar with and roughly a third the size of his familiar streets.

Dling continued his exploration, eager to map out these 'uncharted territories' as he did so he began to work out what was going on.
This section of Byako was apparently 'cut-off' from the rest of the city, accessible only through very select points like the opening in the wall. Because of this the people in this part of Byako developed without clans and came to be united under an evil empire.
Initially upon hearing this news Dling was concerned but came to realize that this was merely a title and the citizens of this part of Byako were faring as well as the ones back home.

Before long the existence of Dling came to the atention of the emperor of the Evil Empire and he was brought to him by a collection of plushies.
Dling, a Byako citizen born and raised knew better than to expect your a-typical evil despot but even he was surprised to discover that the 'Evil' Empire was ruled by a boy not much older than Mayor Tanya herself.
His name was Snow Irony and he was quite interested in Dlings home districts. At the mention of the Mayor Tanya Emperor Irony brightened in great interest. It seemed that the young boy had a history with Tanya and were in fact best pals not to long ago.



So it happened that Dling led Snow Irony, emperor of the Evil Empire back to his familiar Byako streets, accompanied by Snows personal bodyguard, as they made there way to City Hall.

Snow was surprised to discover that there was more to Byako than the part he was aware of. Amazed and delighted to discover his childhood friend Tanya the puppeteer was in fact the Mayor of this new portion.
So with his eight-plush plushie platoon accompanied him as he followed the white bear to this strange new city and to the very steps of this City Hall that presided over it.
Before he could make his way half-way up he heard a familiar cry followed by a cross-bow bolt buzzing past his ear.

Standing in the City Hall hallway was none other than Chibi, Tanyas first puppet and her caretaker. And Snow Ironys arch nemesis.
She never liked Snow, didnt aprove of his aspirations of being an evil overlord and taking over the world. Called him a bad influence on the younger Tanya. Chibi and Snows bitter rivalry had begun anew.

Puppeteer Tanya, mayor of the city and young girl who acted her age was walking past the front door of city hall when she saw Chibi and her old friend Snow playing together.
There were a number of toy arrows sticking out of snow as he held Chibi up in the air, hugging the puppets neck with his hands as the smaller puppet was dancing on the boys head.
Upon seeing Tanya, Snow told her that there was a flying cookie behind her. After she turned to look she found Snow to be standing with Chibi nowhere in sight.
Some time later after a number of cookies, milkshakes and many many games later they started to talk and Tanya was told about Snows super cool neato Evil Empire.

Snow then had a clever idea that the City goverment and the Evil empire should become friends, Tanya thought the idea sounded fun and agreed.
And thus the alliance was born.

News of this amazing new piece of Byako washed through the populace of both sides. Some people became intrigued and desired to explore, others began making preparations for these newcomers while a few people with business sense took advantage of these new developments to make a quick buck.
One person in Snows empire however thought it would be a chance for a festive event to mark the occasion.
A fighting tournament similar to the one held in the other city

Tanara (a planet that seemed to float like a moon in the distance to the fair city of Byako) was bustling with excitement, or rather it's goddess was. To her people she was known as the goddess Yinrin and like most goddesses she was worshiped more as an ideal than an actual being. They envisioned her as an impartial, wise, kind and all knowing goddess, and in the reality of things she did usually have an opinion, she wasn't particularly wise or all knowing... but she was kind. Very kind, and she loved her planet and her people so much that she lived on the planet with them, though on an island in the lower mid half of the one great ocean. Moving with passion, her feet not touching the ground, Yinrin worked out the final preparations for second Byako Round Robin Tournament. Usually, Yinrin would be opposed to this sort of thing, she did not approve of or even like fighting... but that Fox plush.. he really was a sly one and easily convinced her to help run the tournament by pointing out all the good things that the tournament brought and how it benefited everyone.. or something along those lines.. Yinrin couldn't really remember what he'd said, simply that she had agreed to help.

Fox Plushie, infamous middleman of the city met with great success. he had managed to persuade the goddess of Tanara to start the tournament just as he had hoped
with that detail taken care of he quickly hired the clockwork kenton plushies to send out invitations to a number of special people who would be perfect for the operation.............

"Ano ano ano ano ano ano ano ano ano ano ano ano"
the diminutive kenton plushies with there message in hand went off in search of the invitations recipient

Meanwhile hiding somewhere in the shadows of the evil empire a masked chibi was organizing......REVENGE!
