Here is another program to throw into system monitoring mix. The description, from the developer, is as follows:
"Windows resources monitor. Indicators: Drives space, RAM, Swap, CPU, GDI/USER resources, Audio volumes, User, Host, Clock, System name, OS live time, Screen resolution, Ping, MAPI Exchange Mail, POP3 mail, Battery, NT Counters. Every indicator is customizable: hide/show, change look, limits. Features: >1 CPU support, transparency, update frequency, autostart, tray cpu load, system wide shortcut, custom colors, size change. Debug version includes Kernel Sentinel (mutex, semaphore, thread, process, events), LAN Sentinel (All detected Network interfaces bandwidth), RAS Sentinel (Modem traffic meters)."
Along with that, Winpulse is also partially skinnable. You can change the icons used in the program as well as change the window color. With these features, Winpulse is right on par with SysMon and as far as available monitors it far exceeds SysMon.
