A Special Collection of photographs i found this month that still haunts my mind. Show them some love There are always some i can`t include due to space, i try to make the features under 50 deviations to give them better exposure
Have a great time everyone and please fav this article so as many people can see the featured works. I would recommend seeing each one and faving them too.
When I saw your note of using one of my pics, I was thinking which one might fit "blue."
I was thinking too literally, making the "cool" color connection to "winter" (for example: shadows on snow on a clear winter day are definitely BLUE!).
Ah, but I was overlooking the obvious mood. My pic with Lily sure works for that! (there may be a couple others, buried in my "Ana Maria" collection, that might fit)
Aside... While reading the text of the song, the reference to "3 o'clock in the morning" reminded me of another lonely "blue" tune from MANY years ago, by Jesse Colin Young, a wonderful, haunting, solo acoustic and solo vocal, I think titled "four in the morning."
I haven't thought about that album - I just checked the release date: April of 1964! (but I believe it was rereleased in the early/mid '70s) - in YEARS.
Thanks for the compliment of the link to my imagery, again, and for the musical memory...both are muchly appreciated... R
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
I'm a lover of visual impacts. I like brilliant colors and shapes. And I decided to collect a whole stack of deviations that reflect that taste. These pieces showcased below deserve every bit of publicity you can give them. x)P
