Deathrockstock is hosting a contest

The Model Cage- Logo Design Contest:

Design one or more logo concepts for use as the main identity, for The Model Cage. This logo will be used on all manner of advertising. From a traditional business card and letterhead… We are looking for an actual logo not web banners.

The Model Cage is a brand new modeling agency located in Plano Texas, just north of Dallas. It is owned co-equally by Jay Elewitz of Raw Perception Studio and Ripley Van Pierce of Death Rock Cafe. The agency is currently building a website and recruiting models for a near future grand opening and we need a logo that best suits the style of company we are which is primarily focused on art, fetish, and horror photography.


CONTEST RULES:
_Enter as many times as you like
-Original works only
-Must be web ready
-Logo must include company name "The Model Cage" and at least one other original symbol or design (some call it a bug)
-Art should appeal to all 3 styles of focus, Art, Fetish, and Horror.
-Contest runs from 1/15/09 - 2/15/09

Submit entries via note to my deviantart account [link] or if you have myspace post entries directly to the contest in the blog at [link] All entries sent via note will also be posted to the public by me on the myspace blog along with link to artist deviantart account and info.



Prize:

1rst place winner: $250.00 US Dollars + journal feature on deathrockstock

2nd and 3rd place: journal features on deathrockstock


**Please note**: 1rst place winner, upon recieving your prize money the logo becomes property of The Model Cage and logo designer surrenders all rights to such design.
