What is art?
There are plenty definitions of the word "Art"?
It can be applied knowledge, practical theory, wisdom at work & skill
A creative activity concerned with production of aesthetic objects or of beauty in general.
Or a creative activity specifically of a visual or representational kind, visual works of art.

No!I'm not giving you guys Art 101 here..I'm giving you guys a little bit of explanation all about art. But seriously, art has different branches of this activity like music, painting, writing, theater arts & etc.But I'll be focusing on Traditional Art.

It was the other term that overlap with "Folk Art"; which describes as a wide range of objects that reflect the craft and social values of various social groups use established techniques & styles of a particular region or culture.

Here in deviantART, there's a wide range of genial, indefatigable & jocundly artist in different countries joining in & expose their artworks, literature & music for everybody whose into craving for criticism, inspiration & learning especially in my country-the Philippines.

A positive description towards the Filipino's intergrity, passion & unique creativity through different forms of art, which many young & old artist standing out very proud as one by one they were recognize & praise by foreigners & fellow countrymen here & aboard.

Like in the past, the famous painter-Juan Luna, he's well known because of his amazing masterpiece entitled "Spoliarium", through comic industry-the great artist like Mars Ravelo & Eleazar "Ely" Santiago were idolized by the past & present also inspiring comic artist; I must admit I can't reach them especially their outstanding & top notch skills like Larry Alcala, Whilce Portacio & many more..

Years passed by, many fresh, amazing, eye catching visual artist caught on everyone's attention like Pol Medina Jr.'s Pugad Baboy, Manix Abrera's Kikomachine Komix, Syeri Baet(~syeri)'s Carpool, Melvin Calango (~tagailog)'s Pasig,Arnold Arre's version of Mars Ravelo's Lastikman & many more. But behind the shadows of fame, exposure & entertainment-there are some traditional art needs some light & show their masterpiece.

Not just as an utilitarian object such as tools you might think of it but their pieces has deep emotions, passion & sensitivity by which he/she communicates his/her ideas to everybody as they look on their artworks carefully whether the artist gonna be appreciate by his/her viewer's criticism either positively or negatively..
