The theme for this photo contest is Here Comes The Rain. Droplet macros, rainy city/ or landscapes and anything sporting raindrops is what I am looking for. I accept old photos.
To enter the contest, just send me - *signmeupscotty - a note with a thumb or link to your photo and `Contest' as the subject line. Only one photo per account please.
I will only accept photographs taken with a film or a digital camera featuring a minimal amount of color and exposure adjustment. Photomanipulations, which are images that have been composed of two or more photographic elements to create something new, won't qualify.
All contest entries are displayed in my
contest journal, and in the
February Mini Contest Collection.
Voting begins February, 22nd and ends February, 27th, 24:00h WST. What time is that for you? You either send me a note or answer to my reminder-note. This is how it works:
If you would like to donate a journal feature, please comment on this poll. Due to the way voting is done for this contest, donators are still allowed to take part as contestants.

Seeing as I am hosting a contest myself, I thought I'd browse the contests section a little, and this one caught my eye.
I have a little question though... you mentioned that you're looking for raindrops. But the 'here comes the rain' idea makes me think of a setting with just a promise of rain, that would mean no raindrops whatsoever. Maybe I'm overthinking it, but let me know if you're looking for raindrops photos, or images depicting anything that suggests the moments before the rain. So I'll know what to submit
Thank you!
