The theme is: Beauty in all of its forms.

RULES:

1 - I want to see something original, breathtaking, suggestive, that truly reflects beauty.
2 - I don't want pieces of literature, that's my only request, besides that, I accept any form of art. No offence.
3 - You can send me a note, with just one thumb and the title of the artwork you want to enter to this contest.
4 - Only one entry allowed per person, it doesn't matter if it's an old deviation or a new one.
5 - The deadline is 01.04.2009, so you'll have enough time to decide on your entry.
6 - I will announce the winners on 05.04.2009.

I have noticed that, in general, people who want to make a contest on deviantart put first the idea of the prize ( even with exclamation marks, in order for it too be obvious ), not the concept of the contest. Well, I think that's kind of wrong. So, I won't be giving any subs, I will just do this:

- The winner of the FIRST place will be featured in my journal for one month. I will feature 25 thumbs of his/her gallery (apart from the one from the contest).
- The winner of the SECOND place will be featured in my journal for one month. I will feature 15 thumbs of his/her gallery (apart from the one from the contest).
- The winner of the THIRD place will be featured in my journal for one month. I will feature 5 thumbs of his/her gallery (apart from the one from the contest).
- I will add all of the three winners to my list.

This way, you'll have more pageviews, the satisfaction of winning a contest and seing your art appreciated and that's about it, `cause it should be enough.

I made this decision in order to see how many people are still out there that create art mostly for the pleasure and joy it brings, not for the rewards. I'm sure this will reduce the number of the notes I'll receive, but that's okay.

I appreciate the effort of the ones that will consider what I said and will enter this contest.
