Have you ever watched
SitBack only to notice that some images appear to be missing and these images happen to be the smaller images?
When viewing SitBack it automatically filters out images below 400 by 400 pixels. This would for instance prevent an emoticon and other small images from displaying because if they were to be displayed they would be stretched across SitBack and become pixilated.
If you wish to not use this filter you can disable it. In order to do this you will need to click on the Gear button while viewing Sitback to change your Settings. You can then Uncheck the box next to the option "Filter out small images".

Hello lovely Deviants.

This week I'd like to talk about your Tag Line---
Wait, our what now? It's what used to be called your displayed name under the old page settings. The bit of text under your big username on your profile page.
Oh okay. Carry on.So you've just signed up and to your horror it's showing your real name on your page, or you'd just like to change it to something else for fun. What do you do?
Well, simply click the About Me tab near the top of your profile page, directly below your avatar and username. Now click Edit, and fill in the "My Tag Line" box with whatever you like. Now click the Save button at the bottom, and presto your new tag line is ready to use!
You can also read through this FAQ for more ways to customize your profile page:

In making sure we help you resolve your issue in the most timely manner, when submitting a ticket regarding an order, please try and make sure you include the order number among other details of the issue.
Simply stating:
"I have a question about my order!" or "What happened to my order?" or "There is a problem with my order"!-a lot of the time leads to the first reply to you being "What is the order number are you inquiring about?". While most of the time we can look up the order number, this is not always an option and it would be a great help if this information were included in the initial inquiry.
You may find your order number in the confirmation emails you receive as well as the following page which shows you your order history:
http://my.deviantart.com/account/You can also locate your order history at anytime by accessing the 'Shopping Account' section of the "Shop" menu. To get there simply click the More tab at the top of the page, followed by shop and then Shopping Account.
To view details about orders you see listed for your account simply click on the link entitled "Details" next to any transaction you have made. You can also sort this history using the drop down menu located above your order history. The sorting options you can select are the Last 10 Orders, Unshipped Orders and All Orders.
If for some reason you cannot find your order number dont worry! Just include as many details as possible and we will help you resolve the issue
