'Dark' isn't just about forlorn girls in windy blue tinted backgrounds. It covers such a wide range of styles and genres and is really more about the artist's approach to his/her own work than a particular style of art.
The most common miscategorization / Where do I submit?
Fantasy related themes such as mythological, supernatural or magical creatures/characters and scenery belongs in the Fantasy galleries.
