I got noticed by my friend about certain Ukrainian website, called Designwars.net, displaying lot of works from artists all around the web, many from Deviantart, uncredited, titled as "art pack". That basically means everyone who came to that page could us any of displayed works for any purposes, even sell the prints etc. If you know anyone, whos works appear on that page, contact him. Also don't hessitate to contact the owner of pages, who is willingly breaking copyrights massively. There are other "art packs" on the site, so check them too, their links are at the bottom of the page. The owner tries to get rid of responsibility by disclaimer, stating that it's only educational material, but without proper credits, it doesn't matter. He has no right to display uncredited material, protected by copyright laws.
