I've always been able to see the comments, I guess that's why I'm confused as to what you mean exactly.
Ok, let's paint a mental image. You're on an article or deviation, & comments are veering off to the right because they're talking back & forth alot. Right after, right at the bottom, of the last viewable comment that seems to be just a sliver, there should be what looks like....
