The relatively new online literary magazine Rustblind is looking for quality prose to publish in the upcoming spring/summer issue.


General submission requirements

We are accepting works of prose of up to 10,000 words. Works in the "flash fiction" category (that is, fiction of 1,000 words or less) are especially encouraged. We will consider "serials," or stories published in more than one part in subsequent issues.

Any genre is acceptable, but we prefer works driven by powerful imagery and character development.

We do not require first-publishing rights, so if your work is posted on deviantArt, you may send along the link to our prose editor. We do not accept simultaneous submissions. (This means that if you have already submitted the work of prose to another magazine for publishing, you may not submit it to ours at the same time.)

Submissions are preferred as .doc or .rtf files; however, submissions posted into the body of the email are acceptable.
