reports, March 14Turritopsis nutricula is an organism, with a life cycle in which it reverts to the polyp stage after becoming sexually mature.
It does this through the cell development process of transdifferentiation.
Theoretically, this cycle can repeat indefinitely, rendering it biologically immortal.
We as humans are sadly mortal, but our creations, be it photos are paintings will last longer than we will.
A digital painting, or a photo can last on Da for all eternity, as long as internet exists, as long as DA's servers are online.
Here's to all paintings, which symbolize the constant cycle of death and rebirth... things in the process of decay and perhaps rejuvenation.
Creations which I call: Romantically Apocalyptic
Fav them, love them, eat them with butter....
Death:
