Ok, the deviantART stock files are full of great stock; princesses, fairies, angels, fighters, crazy guys, and beautiful ladies. But one thing it is seriously lacking is the timeless and classic superhero. So here is my challenge...

I challenge all stock artists (and all stock fans to send this on to your favorite stock artists) to a Super-Stock throwdown! The goal is to get a ton of new generic super hero stock, poses, and action packed images to populate our dA stock archives. That's right, I said generic. That means make up your own costume/hero/heroine/villian and shoot all the stock you can. No Batman's, Wonder Woman's, or X-Men please. So go up in the attic and pull out your capes, thigh high boots, masks, hockey equipment, colorful spandex, corsets, gloves, goggles, etc. and create your very best super hero. Then contort your body in every super pose you can think of. Do some classic super hero poses and then some poses using your skills or powers. Be as creative as you want, as sexy as you want, as powerful as you want, or even as creepy as you want. Many artists use stock as reference for drawings, even all the professional comic artists that populate dA. (And I'm sure all of our amazing manipulators can make some awesome art out of this stock as well.) This is not a contest, as of yet, it's just for fun and a good challenge. But maybe that will change if anyone is willing to donate to this cause. I know how much Stock Artists love a challenge.

So, if you're game, please message me or note me when you have submitted your super hero stock and maybe we can get a Super Feature by one of our moderators or many stock pimps. Let's put a two month timeline challenge on this, May 15th. So all stockers....to the stock cave!
