While I was thanking someone the other day for a watch, in passing, one of their caught my eye. Being the curious kitten I am, I of course went to check out the artist. And fell in love, seriously, with their art.

This led me to look at their "Random Faves" box on their page... and saw another piece of amazing work....

TWO HOURS LATER.... I had worked my way through 7 stunning artists' galleries. And with that, I broadened my horizon here on DA, opening my world up to ones I didn't know existed before, some with very low watcher counts.

So I repeated the process the following night, and discovered it was a wonderful way to meet new deviants,whether they have been around for awhile, or not.

So here's the deal for those who wish to play the game:

Look through your "Activity Messages" and select one deviant from that list. If you do not have any, select one from your watchers.

Go to their profile page, and pick one deviation from their 'gallery' and one from their 'faves', preferably one that you like..

Go to that favorite. From that 'favorite' deviant's 'faves' folder, select a deviation you like. Favor and/or comment on it.

Repeat for that 'faved' deviant. Please pick no less than 6 deviants and deviations.

Either comment or note me with the links/thumbnails of the deviations you have picked. And include why you picked those ones in particular. It doesn't have to be detailed, just one sentence will do.

You have until Monday 30th to have the notes/comments into me.

I will then select one deviation from your gallery, and combined with your picks, feature all participants and selected deviants in a news article. One with the most deviations beyond six picks will get a little something from deviantSHOP
