Hi fellow deviants!

I'm here to introduce you to a whole new trend that has taken the fractal gallery like a storm. Fractalists finally made peace with anime and Paint.exe and as a result, recently some awesome art emerged in the fractal art gallery in a matter of hours, which I feel obliged to share with you.



This is the original inspiration for many a fractal artist like myself, direct from the beloved gallery director, her majesty ^Platinus. She's just 13 but already she's one of the most stellar members of the fractal community, and it is her who has finally introduced anime to the fractal world. Note the minimalism with the color use, facial features and limbs. It's just breathtaking, and liek, so kawaii!



I was unsure about featuring this here, since it's obviously a rip off from the original I featured above, but I think it's one of the key pieces in the development of the new trend, and its effect on the community isn't easily ignored. So as unethical as it is, there you are, the other Sonic.



This is my humble contribution to the new trend in fractals. I tried to add more realism and somehow add my signature to the character, but I can never claim to surpass the awesomeness that is ^Platinus. Just call it a tribute.



Notice the realism getting more and more obvious?



Another masterpiece by ^Platinus. The character is so ironic with its innocent smile and its shadowy presence, I don't even know what else to say about it.



Yet another interesting take at fractal anime with the same character, Sonic the -Legendary- Hedgehog. The clash of different forms here is simply stunning.



Different point of view and the border makes this one stand out from the crowd.



This, I think, is one of the most unique contributions to this new trend. Just look at the harmony of colors and the expression. I dare you to hate it.



Here's another breakthrough where an artist is brave enough to branch out from the norm and try a different character. Every detail about this masterpiece is breathtaking.
