(like dA is an important part of some artists life, also on dA we need to share more humour and less dRama!) 
Smiling releases endorphins and makes us feel better! Even ‘faking’ a smile can lead to feeling happier (since the brain reads that you are smiling and again releases endorphins!)!! A smiling person is judged to be more pleasant, attractive, sincere, sociable, and competent than a non-smiling person 
Smiling releases serotonin (the chemicals that promote relaxation and help you sleep better) Smiling is contagious. Smile its free therapy! 
There are 18 different kinds of smile used in a variety of social situations.
