SDL: Submitting Duels and Extension Requests

Both the submission of duel entries and requesting extensions for duels are now handled by the current duels department.

When submitting either please note *conartist18 the due date of the duel as well as thumbs of the dueling OCs.

It's easiest to copy paste the information straight from the current duels journal into the note so it looks like this:

28 Mar 2009 - 4 Apr 2009 *
Must cameo 3 random duelers "Splash Page Duel" Regular Verdict


Please note that when requesting a duel extension you must give at least three day's notice, last minute extension's will be rejected.

For those of you who like things put in a more friendly and casual manner; here's an excerpt from Con's journal:


"If you send me a note for an extension or to submit your duel but you do not include the thumbs of you and your opponents profiles AND the Ending Date of Your Duel I won't be able to find your entry on the list of hundreds of duels. This means that if you don't manage to get these ingedients to me there is a chance that your duel extension request can be overlooked or denied due to lack of information! ( Consider this an advanced warning, hah hah.)

So do it right.

The same applies if you're going to be submitting a duel entry, please. Its all well and good to see your entries, but if I can't match them to a particular duel it does me no good. :3

Please take the time to appropriately label your things, since you know all your stuff it might take you two minutes, whereas it could take me ages to go through all of your work and your opponent's work to try and find everything. Thanks in advance for your cooperation."

you submit the actual duels the same way, but when you send in entries for the duels (not that you have to) or when you want to ask for an extension, you ask thru *conartist18 and not the roninsultramix account.

yes, when you submit a new duel you still do it thru the form. if you want to note your entry in so it can be judged, then you note it to con.
