How sad. After reading so many articles of Twilight fans out there attacking other people because they are not a fan of the book, I've decided to write an article on how stupid that is.
Now, I know, I'm not the first to write an article on this, but really.
Would you believe it is necessary for a fan of this...Twilight book to harm and abuse a person who just so happens to not be fan?I'm going to try not to be biased since I myself happen to be a Twilight hater.
I understand spoken attacks, such as calling someone a "bitch" or etc. But physical attacks such as this?:
[link]Or sometimes even something so harsh as this:
[link]Death Threats, breaking of the limbs, punching, etc. all harm done.
These threatening fans just don't happen to realize that Stephanie Meyer doesn't even know that they exist. She knows there are fans, but SMeyer doesn't know them.
In return, the fans don't know Stephanie Meyer. How can you call SMeyer a goddess if you have probably, and most likely, never met her?
Here's another story, which is also sick:
[link]I'm probably getting no where with showing you these stories but here's my point:
The media and these merchandisers don't just want a fan's love,
they want their money. The creator/writer doesn't even know that this fan exists.

Because some people just don't think that Twilight is "the best book ever written in the Universe", people who aren't Twihards are almost like prosecuting them with harm and pain.
WE HAVE ENOUGH WAR ON THE WORLD. Lemme ask you,
If Stephanie Meyer hadn't written Twilight, or hadn't even become an author, do you think that this many fans would have come up? I think not.And also, not only has this book/movie created a large fan-base with a few abusing fans, it has also threatened people's beliefs in the original vampire folklore. I know, there is the least likely possibility of vampires existing in this world, but I've come across people who now believe that vampires "sparkle in the sun" or "don't sleep in coffins", or are "so very perfectly handsome".
There ARE better authors out there than SMeyer. Annie Rice, and practically Bram Stoker who created the famous Dracula.
What I believe created mainly fan-girls to this book is the fact that this story gives the reader a fantasy of love.
I believe that any fan-girl who reads this is able to create some kind of love fantasy in their mind along with Edward Cullen being their "lover".
To me, that's probably one of the main reasons Twilight is so popular.
So, in my opinion, Twilight has caused insanity (and not even the fun kind, don't judge me) and rabid bestiality in fan girls and even in some fan boys.
Tell me if I'm being biased, but clearly, attacks by these fans are caused by the opinion of a book. Whether or not it is "amazing". Which in my opinion, it is not.
Devious Comments
It's not good but I laughed at the broken foot. Silly Twilight dorks, just because you're a major fan doesn't mean the entire world has to be.
I personally have never touched anything Twilight, never watched the movie, and hopefully will stay that way.
As for better vampire stories? Laurell K Hamilton has some pretty good ones, where it's not all about "ZOMG ANGST. ZOMG EDWARD *insert a million hearts here*"
And vamps freaking die in sunlight. They don't sparkle.

This just made me reconsider if I even like the book. Seriously?
Come on now girls. Its just a book.
Not even that well written at that.
The most used adjective in that book was 'beautiful'
Bah.
I'm going to throw glitter on my boyfriend and pretend he's edward! omfg you die if you disagree1

do you like what you see ?
- world class narcissist , ruskostar .
Twihards and Twitwards sicken me. Edward Cullen never existed, and he never will. He's a fictional character made up by the insane mind of Stefine Myer. (or however the hell you spell her name)
People who obsess over that book and movie have some serious issues. And that's coming from a person who practically is swarmed with it by her friends. To take it so seriously to go and cause someone bodily harm because they didn't read the series or didn't like it is insane. It just shows you how messed up people can be.
Ugh... Twilight seriously needs to go die under a rock. I can't wait till the popularity dies down. I swear I'm afraid to walk outside being such an avid twihater as I am.

You know why? She loves vamps as much as I do, and NOW she's convinced firmly that modern vampires actually sparkle...
